  Would NOT recommend. For many reasons! Staff not so friendly, I got little to no info on my appraisal, heard nothing of it until after it was done then it was that I happened to call to check and they had taken the email down wrong to send it. Minimal pictures of the property and they rated the house lower than bought over 5 years ago with upgrades. The appraiser had nothing to say to me except call if you have questions about the report. I'd go with my gut next time and find a different appraiser!
